A short account of what happens to your information. We are a roofing company, not a data business, and the answer is correspondingly simple.

What we receive

If you call or message us, we receive the phone number you contacted us from and whatever you choose to share: your name, the address of the property, and any photos you send.

This website also records visits in a general way — how many people open a page and roughly where from — so we can tell whether the site is working. That record is not used to identify anyone.

What we use it for

Only to handle your request: to quote the roof, arrange the visit, do the work and follow up. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Photos of the work

We photograph our own jobs, and some of those photos appear on this website. They are of roofs and buildings, not of people, and they do not identify a customer or an address.

If you would rather no photographs were taken at your property, say so and none will be. That applies afterwards too — if a photo of your roof is on this site and you want it removed, message us and it comes down.

How long we keep it

Contact details and job records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to stand behind the work afterwards.

Your choices

If you no longer want to be contacted, say so by the same channel you used and we stop. If you want your information deleted, call (407) 485-4298 and we will delete it.
